1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AppointmentKit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AppointmentKit is a comprehensive appointment booking and business management platform that provides:

• Online appointment booking system for businesses and clients
• Business management tools including scheduling, staff management, and time tracking
• Payment processing for appointments, packages, and memberships
• Marketing tools, analytics, and reporting features
• Inventory management and point-of-sale capabilities
• Custom form creation and management
• Integration with payment providers and social media platforms

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. There are two types of accounts:

• Business Accounts: For service providers who offer appointments and manage their business operations
• Client Accounts: For individuals who book appointments and purchase services

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against other users
• To submit false or misleading information about your business, services, or identity
• To make fraudulent bookings or payments
• To circumvent our payment systems or cancellation policies
• To spam or send unsolicited communications through our platform
• To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

5. Payments and Billing

Our platform facilitates various types of payments:

• Business Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscription fees for businesses to use our platform
• Appointment Payments: Payments from clients to businesses for services rendered
• Package/Membership Purchases: One-time or recurring payments for service packages and memberships
• Point-of-Sale Transactions: Payments for retail products and additional services
• Cancellation Fees: Fees charged according to business cancellation policies

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Businesses must connect their Stripe account to receive payments. We may charge platform fees on transactions as outlined in your subscription plan.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to individual business policies and our platform policies. Businesses are responsible for honoring their stated cancellation and refund policies.

6. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

When booking appointments through our platform:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and appointment details
• Businesses set their own availability, pricing, and service policies
• Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses and displayed during booking
• No-show protection policies may result in charges to clients who fail to attend appointments
• We facilitate communication between businesses and clients but are not responsible for service quality

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, businesses will receive any outstanding payouts according to our payout schedule.

9. Disclaimer

AppointmentKit acts as a platform connecting businesses with clients. We do not provide the actual services being booked. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms including:

• Quality, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by businesses on our platform
• Availability of appointments or accuracy of scheduling information
• Resolution of disputes between businesses and clients
• Security of third-party integrations or payment processing
